Shirley is an experienced commercial and property lawyer with a diverse background. She has represented developers and individuals in property transactions in NSW and other states. She has also provided advice on business sales and acquisitions (hotels, petrol stations, café restaurants, retail shops, etc.), franchising, commercial leasing, company share transfer, as well as other complicated commercial transactions.
Before relocating to Australia, Shirley practised law in China for 10 years. She specializes in commercial litigation, merger & acquisition, and cross-border transactions. She has served as a legal counsel for a number of private companies, including those in the high-tech manufacturing and renewable energy industries. She has been a committee member of cross-border commission of Jiangsu Lawyers Association.
With over 15 years of legal practice, Shirley is always well-positioned to offer clients practical legal advice to achieve the best possible outcomes in complex matters.
陆燕翔律师毕业于澳大利亚新南威尔士大学（UNSW JD）,同时拥有澳大利亚和中国律师资格。陆律师曾在中国执业10年，业务领域包括公司及商业争议解决，跨境交易及涉外仲裁，客户涵盖制造业，新能源，医疗健康等行业。陆律师曾任江苏省律师协会跨境委员会委员。
陆律师于2018年起在澳执业，执业领域包括商业法、公司法、物业法及移民法。她曾为许多商业交易（包括酒店、加油站、餐饮及零售店等）、特许经营、商业租赁、公司股权转让以及其他复杂的跨境商业交易提供法律服务。她还代表开发商及个人处理全澳境内商业和住宅地产的交易。
凭借多年的中澳两国法律执业经验，陆律师始终能够为客户提供最实用的法律建议，并在复杂的案件中取得最佳结果。

Lizzy Li holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from Qinghua University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Sydney. She is a qualified lawyer in Australia. Lizzy has extensive experience in project management in real estate industry, where she became well-versed in the processes of real estate development and planning. Since practicing in Australia, she has mainly handled cases in property law, commercial law, immigration law, as well as family law, always providing legal advice and support to clients.
Li consistently prioritizes client needs, focusing on delivering practical and efficient legal services. With her rich experience in both China and Australia, she is adept at providing tailored legal advice in cross-cultural and multilingual environments, catering to a diverse clientele.
李思思律师拥有清华大学城市规划硕士学位和悉尼大学Juris Doctor学位，并获得澳大利亚律师资格。她曾在地产行业从事项目管理多年，熟悉房地产开发和规划流程，积累了丰富的项目实践经验。在澳执业后，李律师主要处理物业法、商业法、移民法、家庭法等领域的案件，并在各类型案件中为客户提供法律建议和支持。
李律师始终坚持以客户需求为导向，注重提供实用和高效的法律服务。凭借在中澳两地的丰富背景，她能够在跨文化和跨语言的环境中，为多元化客户群体提供更具针对性的法律建议。
